Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return. Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We advise all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming a purchase, especially when entering names or custom messages.

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as evidence. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted. To initiate a return, please email our team with your order number and reason for the return.

Refunds Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a full or partial refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).

In cases where only part of the order is returned, you may receive a partial refund based on the items returned. Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care to ensure every order is carefully packed and arrives in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our team will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or full refund. Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery, accidental misuse, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund. For any replacements, shipping charges are covered by us. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate remedy for each case.

We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
