While we take utmost care to deliver high-quality products, we understand that there may be rare occasions when a replacement or exchange is required. This policy outlines the conditions under which replacements and exchanges are accepted, along with the steps to follow if you need assistance. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange
Replacements or exchanges are available for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging as evidence. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for exchange or replacement, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Products damaged due to misuse, accidental handling, or normal wear and tear will not qualify.
We have 7 day replacement and exchange policy; if the replacement and exchange is accepted, the product will be delivered within 5 days
Process for Requesting Replacement or Exchange
To initiate a request, customers should contact us at support@giftnfeel.com with their order number, details of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the item, if applicable. Once the item is received and inspected, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped at no additional cost. If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer an alternative product of equal value or issue store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
Exchanges are allowed only for eligible items and are subject to product availability. Customers may exchange an item for the same product (if defective) or for a different size, color, or variation where applicable. If the replacement item has a price difference, customers will be required to pay the balance or will receive store credit for the difference, depending on the situation.
Shipping Costs
In cases where the replacement or exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged or defective product), GiftnFeel will cover all shipping costs. If the exchange is requested for reasons other than damage or defect (such as size or variation change, if applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
