At GiftnFeel, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are handled with care and efficiency. All orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Personalized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location, chosen shipping method, and product type. Estimated delivery dates will be displayed at checkout; however, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes (estimated transit times after order is processed and shipped)

All timeframes below are estimates and may vary by carrier, destination, public holidays, and customs processing. The delivery window shown at checkout is the most accurate estimate for your specific order.

Domestic shipments (within the country from which the order is shipped). All products are delivered in the below timeframes:

  • Standard / Economy Delivery: 3–7 business days to metro/urban areas; 5–10 business days to rural or remote areas.
  • Expedited / Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (where offered).
  • Same-day / Next-day Delivery: Available in select cities for eligible items and cut-off times — availability and fees will be displayed at checkout.

Personalized / Made-to-order items

  • These items require additional processing time before shipping (typically 3–10 business days depending on complexity). The product page will state the exact processing estimate. Total delivery = processing time + chosen shipping transit time.

International shipments

  • Express International (courier): typically 3–7 business days after shipment (where available).
  • Standard International / Economy: typically 7–21 business days after shipment.
  • Customs & import processing: Customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes can add additional time; such delays are outside GiftnFeel’s control.

Pre-orders / Backorders

  • Items sold as pre-order will include an estimated ship date on the product page. Delivery time = estimated ship date + transit time.

How estimated delivery dates are calculated

The estimated delivery window shown at checkout factors in the item’s processing time (e.g., the 1–3 business day processing) and the carrier’s typical transit time for the chosen shipping method and destination. Once your order ships, the carrier’s tracking information will show the most up-to-date estimated delivery date.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may differ based on the destination, product weight, or ongoing promotions. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website. For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

Address Accuracy

Customers are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. GiftnFeel cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we partner with reliable courier services, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team at support@giftnfeel.com so we can assist in resolving the issue. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can process a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Exceptions & Possible Delays

Delivery estimates do not account for extraordinary events such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs inspections, or force majeure events. Remote-location deliveries, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may also take longer. We will notify you if we become aware of major delays affecting your order.
