Orders and Payments
When placing an order on GiftnFeel, you agree to provide accurate and complete information required for processing and delivery. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed through our secure payment gateway. All prices displayed on the site are in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change product pricing or availability at any time without prior notice. In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced or unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund your payment in full. You are responsible for reviewing all product details before making a purchase, especially for personalized items. In case of order errors due to incorrect details provided by the customer, GiftnFeel will not be held liable. We encourage customers to double-check all personalization details before submitting their order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.
Shipping and Delivery
At GiftnFeel, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and reliable manner. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout and may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, and product type. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or external disruptions. Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. For personalized and made-to-order items, additional processing time may be required. If an item is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team so we can assist in resolving the issue. GiftnFeel is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country for international shipments.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from GiftnFeel. If you are not happy with your order, eligible products may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. To request a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved and received by us, we will inspect the item and process your refund within five to seven business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the issue before processing a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
